When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address and phone number, message, agent status and referral information. We also record the page and residence associated with your inquiry, saved homes included with it, relevant campaign or referring-site information, your contact choices, the notice shown and submission time.

We use this information to manage inquiries, understand residence interest, respond to requests and operate and improve the website. Limited technical information also supports security and troubleshooting.

Inquiry information is stored in private website systems and copied to Westline’s GoHighLevel customer relationship management system. Authorized staff and service providers supporting these systems may access it for these purposes. Linked websites operate under their own privacy policies.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are not sold, rented or provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use. Service providers may process this information solely to deliver and support the messaging program on the sender’s behalf. SMS opt-in records are not disclosed for other purposes.

When analytics are on, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and website interactions, including residence views, floor-plan activity and completed inquiries. Analytics may use cookies and browser or device information. Names entered in forms, email addresses, phone numbers, inquiry messages and private submission identifiers are not sent in our custom analytics events. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy policies.

Analytics are enabled by default for visits identified as coming from the United States unless you turn them off or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. For other or unidentified locations, analytics stay off unless you enable them. Use Analytics choices below to change the setting for this browser at any time. Advertising features remain disabled. Submitting an inquiry does not change your analytics choice or subscribe you to marketing.

Your browser stores your analytics preference and any homes you save. Temporary session storage remembers how you reached the site and helps prevent duplicate inquiry measurement. Turning Google Analytics off does not remove saved homes or information you submit with an inquiry.

Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry does not give permission to send automated texts. Only selecting the optional checkbox authorizes Linda Miller Austin Realtor, Inc. to text you about your Westline inquiry, scheduling and requested showings. This permission does not include marketing texts, and it is not a condition of submitting an inquiry or purchasing a residence.

We record your choice, phone number, submission time, source page, and the consent wording and policy version displayed. You may withdraw permission by texting STOP; text HELP for assistance, or contact sales@westlineaustin.com or (737) 338-8007.

We use HTTPS to encrypt information in transit between your browser and this website. Inquiry and SMS consent records are stored in private systems. Staff access requires authentication and is limited by role-based permissions; authorized service providers may access information as needed to operate and support these systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Records remain stored until removed; an automatic deletion schedule is not currently configured. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted.
