Floor plans and renderings are illustrative. Layouts, dimensions, areas, finishes and landscaping may vary by residence. Confirm the current residence-specific plans and specifications. Construction photographs show conditions when taken; community photographs may not depict a particular home.

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a showing does not reserve a residence or confirm an appointment. The Westline team must confirm any visit separately. Submission does not enroll you in marketing.

Linda Miller Austin Realtor, Inc., Westline’s sales representative, operates the Westline inquiry and showing text program. If you select the optional consent checkbox, the program covers responses to your inquiry, scheduling and reminders for showings you request. It does not authorize marketing texts.

Message frequency varies with your inquiry and requested showings. Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to end your subscription or HELP for assistance. You can also contact sales@westlineaustin.com or (737) 338-8007. Consent is not required to submit an inquiry or purchase a residence. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
